Whitehall Consulting Launches Influencer Program
MAKATI CITY, Philippines-
Whitehall Consulting launched its newest program: "INFLUENCER Skills: The Power to Change Yourself, Your Workplace, and Other People," last March 4, 2016 as a public training program (also available for in-house program) at DLSU RCBC Plaza Campus, Makati City, attended by 16 participants.
The program is a practical approach to empower anyone to make a difference, developed by Franco del Rosario, Leadership and Strategies Program Director of Whitehall Consulting, and former VP of the Management Association of the Philippines, Executive of IBM North America & Dole Food Company in the US, and Head of Corporate Development and Strategy with Davis Langdon in Manila, Philippines.
"Mr. Del Rosario made the entire program fun, exciting and easy to understand. Never a dull moment" said by one participant. Attendees took part in exciting drills that boosted their confidence in handling complex scenarios, structuring impromptu presentations, and planning presentations to be more influential.
"I'm glad I am part of this new program. It gave me a structured way on how to improve my influence if I want to implement change at work, for myself, and for other people. I will definitely practice the things I have learned personally and at work."

This INFLUENCER workshop is a practical approach to empower anyone to make a difference. It will immediately help the participant to understand both personal thinking processes toward change and those of others.
Jump-start good ideas for both personal growth and solving business issues.
By the end of this module participants will be able to:
-Demonstrate a genuine belief in their own potential for improvement.
-Show evidence of becoming more influential, confident and more self-assured.
-Begin to see themselves in a more positive light.
-Better see the strong qualities in others and express them. After this exercise they will see what a difference it makes in their level of influence and in their relationships.
Participants will take part in a novel and interesting drill. You will find it one of the most exciting, amusing and helpful experiences of the entire course. Its purpose is to help you forget yourself. It will help you to develop force and spontaneity in your speaking and will help you to be more convincing in
presenting your ideas; and in turn more influential.
You have the opportunity to apply interpersonal skills that will increase your influence right in class.
