The Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD) is created for and supervised by the Training and Development community of scholars and insightful practitioners. The society aimed to inspire systematic promulgation and study of training and development processes, theories, and practices and to offer prospects for social interaction among individuals with professional interests in training and development from various disciplines across the country.
