✅You will learn and use the Six Sigma Circuit™ tools directly on a real process improvement project you bring to class.
✅Expect live exercises, coached work sessions, and clear deliverables you can apply at work the same day. Suitable for service organizations seeking measurable gains in quality, speed, and cost.
✅ It is a group experiential learning experience. You'll have the hands-on application of Six Sigma Circuit™ tools with actual projects that you'll work on with other high-performing professionals. You will experience, digest, reflect, and relate with other participants applying Six Sigma Circuit™ tools from other industries.
You cannot learn this from watching cheaply-made, pre-recorded, one-sided, and PowerPoint presentation reading courses.
