Congratulations to Dr. Hiro V. Masuda, CESO III, CSSGB on his project entitled Reduction of the processing time for HRD to complete document Approval. It resulted in Optimized employee leave processing approval, making it faster and more efficient, increased yield by up to 66%, and process sigma score increased up to 1.91 sigma.
