Day 1 is equivalent to a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt class, where participants learn the overview of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools through hands-on games and exercises. A more intensive learning of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology are covered for days 2 to 4, including Minitab follow-along (Statistical software).
According to Rex Jayson Tuozo, Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Program Director of iAcademy, he designed the program to teach Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools as simple as possible. "This is not your usual Lean Six Sigma class. I want to make Six Sigma as practical as possible, so that even a none math major would enjoy statistics regardless of industry (Service, BPO, Manufacturing, etc.). I use the Experiential learning method and employ hands-on activities, group exercises, games and simulation so that all attendees would learn through experience and have fun. Aside from the technical aspect of Six Sigma, participants also learn soft skills like presentation, group facilitation and change management."
TESTIMONIALS:

King Guerrero Technical Department Manager Pioneer Electronics Philippines Zamony Venture Corp. Konzert | "The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training of iAcademy conducted by Rex Tuozo was very exciting. It gave me a different perspective on how to look at process defects and how to improve the process using a scientific methodology of DMAIC. This would benefit all stakeholders including the company, the customer and employees. Giovanni Bautista Shift Manager Equinox Virtual Solutions |
