30 Professionals Complete Service Industry Black Belt Training with Six Sigma PH
MKATI CITY, Philippines— Thirty high-potential professionals from various service industries have successfully completed the Six Sigma PH Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for Services program, Wave 12.
The commencement marked the culmination of an intensive three-month training designed not as typical classroom theory, but as practical, workplace-focused learning that drives real results.
According to Six Sigma PH, participants gained:
The ability to tackle complex problems with clarity and structure
Hands-on experience in leading improvement projects with measurable impact
Greater confidence to facilitate change across teams and departments
Advanced problem-solving skills tailored specifically for service industry challenges
The mindset and discipline required of a true Lean Six Sigma Black Belt leader
What sets this cohort apart is that almost all participants have already begun applying their learning to real workplace projects while still in class. These are not academic exercises or hypothetical case studies. Each participant is coached by Six Sigma PH Black Belt coaches until their projects are completed, ensuring that learning translates to meaningful operational and business impact.
“This isn’t your typical Six Sigma training focused on theory for exams,” said Rex Tuozo, Master Black Belt and President of Six Sigma PH. “This is Six Sigma that Solves Real Problems, preparing leaders to drive strategic improvements that matter in their organizations.”
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for Services program runs only once a year and is designed for professionals in BPO, healthcare, banking, logistics, and other service-based sectors looking to elevate their problem-solving and leadership skills.
Enrollment for the 2026 Black Belt program is now open for the waiting list.
