Rex Tuozo “The Six Sigma Guy”

Six Sigma Master Black Belt of Six Sigma PH

Rex Tuozo, “The Six Sigma Guy,” helps high-performing professionals earn the trust at work that leads to bigger opportunities.

He founded Six Sigma PH in 2013 to develop Filipino improvement leaders who can solve real business problems, deliver measurable results, and drive meaningful transformation, not just collect certifications.

Through his signature method, the Six Sigma Circuit®, Rex helps professionals and organizations improve performance, strengthen customer experience, and build Trusted Improvement Leaders® who can frame problems, align sponsors, lead teams, prove impact, and transfer credibility through real projects.

Rex is the author of the first Six Sigma book in the Philippines and the lead author of The Talent Journey Playbook: Practical Tools for Talent Development, the first published book of the Philippine Society for Talent Development.

He holds degrees in Industrial Engineering, Management, and Marketing from De La Salle University, and an MBA with Merit from the Bradford University School of Management in the UK. Beyond business and process improvement, he also performed twice with Tanghalang Pilipino at the Cultural Center of the Philippines.
