Do you know about the value triangle? It's a simple concept. There are three factors: cost, quality, and speed. The catch is that you can only prioritize two of them.

This needs to be corrected. Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools are facilitation tools. One needs to practice communication and facilitation skills with other participants to acquire a minimum level of competency to be certified. One cannot be certified Green and Black Belt by merely watching recorded videos. The real Quality of this business model is low-quality.

The truth exposed: Using the value model above, this six sigma training company offering recorded training programs offers cheap prices and fast delivery (since students can immediately start the program). The model categorized this company as LOW QUALITY.
