MAKATI, Philippines - Lean Six Sigma Program Director Rex Jayson Tuozo delivers a Lean Six Sigma White Belt program for MBA students of De La Salle University- Graduate School of Business. The program is part of the Organizational Development class, an elective course offered to senior MBA students. "Managers do not exist only to manage the process but also to improve the process. Lean Six Sigma empowers managers to improve processes, be more efficient, and reduce defects which in turn will produce significant cost savings," Tuozo said.
